Nicholas Booth grew up in Denver, CO, and has spent five years building a career rooted in the belief that hospitality has the power to give people moments they carry with them forever. That conviction shapes everything about the way he approaches service — from the details of a guest's experience to the way he develops the teams around him.
His path to the restaurant industry wasn't a straight line. At five years old, Nicholas was certain he'd become an architect — and while that particular dream took a different shape, the same creative, detail-driven instinct never left. It shows up today in his thoughtful approach to leading a service floor and his personal motto: "Think it through."
Nicholas is the recipient of the Presidential Environmental Youth Award, reflecting a long-standing commitment to community that extends well beyond his professional life. Outside of work, he finds balance in playing Magic: The Gathering, enjoying a good rum, and seeking inspiration in simplicity.
When it comes to joining a new team, Nicholas offers advice that says a lot about his own mindset: "Let go of everything you have done before." It's the same openness and curiosity he brings to his own work every day.
