Dining Room Manager
Kevin Burke has worked in the hospitality industry for the better part of two decades working roles in both the back of house and front of house in addition to his career as a professional ballet dancer.
Kevin was initially drawn to the industry for the ability to connect with others and make an impact, and is still excited to do so over 25 years later. “There's a deep joy in getting to take care of others, to bring joy to a table, or to take the opportunity to improve someone's day just by taking care of them.”
He found a natural fit behind the bar working in progressive restaurants where collaboration between the beverage and the culinary departments was encouraged. In 2023 he joined the team at Tavernetta as a Dining Room Manager.
Outside of work you can find Kevin escaping to the mountains, exploring museums, or searching for the next dumpling.
