Founded by married partners Doris Yuen and Chef Kenneth Wan, MAKfam evolved from a NYC/JC pop-up to a Denver food hall stall and now a full-service restaurant in Baker, reimagining Chinese American family recipes through a modern lens. The cooking draws equally from immigrant restaurant roots and Chef Wan’s classical training and experience at kitchens like Momofuku Ssäm Bar, RedFarm, and Xi’an Famous Foods, with family still central to the creative process.
