10/14 Tastemaker Dinner with Castello di Verduno
October 14, 2026 06:00 PM until October 14, 2026 09:00 PM
The Story Behind the Tastemaker Series
The most memorable wine experiences happen when a winemaker welcomes you into their home—sharing food, opening bottles, and telling the stories that shaped them. Our Tastemaker Dinner series is designed to capture that same spirit: one table, a shared evening, and a sense of true connection. Each menu is crafted with the terroir in mind—because if it grows together, it goes together—creating a night where exceptional wines, thoughtful cooking, and genuine hospitality transport guests to the heart of each region.
About Castello di Verduno
Perched at the top of the village of Verduno on the edge of the Barolo zone, Castello di Verduno is a 15th-century property that has belonged to the Burlotto family since the early 1900s, when they began making wine on the estate. Today the label unites two historic cellars: one beneath the castle in Barolo, the other near the celebrated Rabajà cru in Barbaresco. Traditional in style and rooted in historic vineyards, these are some of the finest wines Piedmont has to offer.
Join us for an intimate dinner built around these exceptional bottles, hosted by Marco Buttignol - longtime friend of the winery and Sales Manager for Castello di Verduno - who will share stories from the estate along with his infectious enthusiasm for all things Piedmont.
