Justin Williams spent a decade working for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in many capacities but lastly as General Manager of Bouchon in Beverly Hills. He joined the Frasca Food and Wine team Fall of 2015 to be able to bring Frasca Hospitality to Tavernetta.
Ian Wortham joined Frasca Food and Wine as a line chef Fall of 2010 and worked his way up to Chef de Cuisine in 2015. After many trips to Italy, he brings a deep understanding of Italian culture and cuisine to the menu of Tavernetta.
Carlin has been a member of the Frasca wine team since 2012 and has since grown to become the Wine Director of Frasca Food and Wine, Inc. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Carlin moved to San Francisco, where she opened the restaurant Sons & Daughters as General Manager and Wine Director. Carlin is recognized as an “Advanced Sommelier” by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
